Saitama goes for a walk while, underground, Garou is trapped by Gyoro Gyoro’s psychic powers. Gyoro Gyoro explains “monsterfication,” saying it happens when someone suffers again and again until they break past human limits. He brags about cruel experiments like torture and eating monsters, and says he even created Orochi, the Monster King. But he claims Garou might have the power to become even stronger than Orochi.
Garou refuses to listen and breaks free by noticing that Gyoro Gyoro can only use one psychic move at a time. He attacks and shouts that he’ll destroy the Monster Association. But Orochi appears, blocking him. Orochi’s skills change and adapt, and he breathes fire, easily defeating Garou. Gyoro Gyoro says Garou doesn’t have enough “monster bloodlust,” but they still plan to brainwash him and make him their strongest warrior.
