In chapter 48, Red Nose brags to Studless and Hyottoko. They make fun of Tanktop Master when he gets defeated by Garou. But Tanktop still believes and claims that he could beat Garou. Suddenly, there are Garou who appear right behind him.
At the same time, Saitama goes to meet Mumen Rider in the Hospital. While this meeting is taking place in the Hospital, Mumen Rider and Tanktop tell Saitama about Garou and how dangerous he is. Later in this chapter, Red Nose and his friends are found on the street when someone badly beats them. In the park, Garou meets a boy who knows about all the heroes’ powers.
