In Chapter 40, when Genos destroys the G4, he then takes the remaining parts of the G4 robot to Dr. Kuseno and asks about upgrades using these parts. Dr. Warns Genos for unnecessary modifications. Genos shares his goals, saying that one day he wants to defeat Saitama and also destroy the mysterious cyborg that destroyed his hometown.
During this time, Sitch gathers a group of villains and brings them to the Hero Association’s Headquarters. Actually, Sitch ensures that there is no trick involved. When Sitch starts to explain his plan, Speed-o’-Sonic sounds appear and interrupt the meeting, making it clear that he wants nothing to do with Sitch’s plan.
