In Chapter 28, the citizens do not believe that Saitama can defeat the Sea King. However, reality is at odds with the citizens’ mindset and thinking, as Saitama defeats the Deep Sea King with a powerful punch. With Saitama’s punch, a hole was blown through his body. The crowd is shocked at first, but then some begin to doubt him, claiming that Saitama only beat a weak monster. However, the reality is that this goes against people’s mindset.
Saitama, in a joking tone, says I only finished the fight with one punch because the Sea King destroyed other heroes. At the end of this fight, People shift their praise toward the injured heroes instead of Saitama. After this, Genos worried that Saitama was not getting the recognition he deserved.
On the other hand, in G-City, the famous fortune teller, Shibabawa, warns the Hero Association about a great danger approaching Earth.
