A flashback shows Psykos and Fubuki when they were younger. Psykos talks about taking over the world and later starts to lose her mind. During the Monster Association battle, Fubuki caught Psykos and felt a strange power around her.
Now, the Blizzard Group and Saitama arrive just as a member of Tsukuyomi tries to take Psykos away. Tatsumaki shows up and wants to kill Psykos, but Fubuki and the man try to protect her. Fubuki remembers an old talk she had about Tsukuyomi. A fight starts. While this is happening, Saitama falls through the floor and ends up near monsters that are locked up.
