Garou, now in his super strong Cosmic Fear Mode, fights Saitama using powers that control the whole universe. He uses a move called the All Life Eradication Fist. One of his attacks, Nuclear Fission, makes explosions as strong as nuclear bombs. Psykos watches and says his power looks like something from a god. Saitama isn’t hurt, but he’s annoyed that his clothes got messed up.
Saitama punches back, and when both of them use their fast Consecutive Normal Punches, the blasts are so strong they get thrown into the ocean. Garou laughs and says Saitama is struggling, then uses a Gamma Ray Burst. The attack blasts Saitama far away and scares the other heroes because it looks like the end of the world.
Garou lands in front of the heroes, proud that he has become “Absolute Evil.” But his old teacher, Bang, steps in and asks if he has lost his mind. Garou says he still knows who he is, even though the being called God forced cosmic power into him and is using him like a helper. He says sorry to Tareo but still plans to act evil. Just then, Saitama comes back without a scratch. The fight keeps going, mixing martial arts with giant, universe-level attacks.
