The heroes and mercenaries fight a monster called Evil Natural Water after it is let out of a vault. Tongara saves Bushidrill but is badly hurt and dies, leaving Bushidrill shocked. Iaian and Okamaitachi take Tongara away as Evil Natural Water breaks free. At the same time, Saitama defeats Overgrown Rover with one punch that shakes the Monster Association base and scares Nyan away. Gyoro Gyoro then appears and attacks Tatsumaki with psychic powers, calling himself the Monster Association’s planner.
Somewhere else, Zombieman listens to Homeless Emperor explain how he got power from a “God” to destroy humans for harming Earth. Zombieman is badly injured and healing slowly as Homeless Emperor gets ready to kill him.
Meanwhile, Sweet Mask breaks Monster Cell machines but meets Fuhrer Ugly, a very strong monster born from hatred of ugliness. Sweet Mask is frozen in fear by how ugly he looks and realizes he can’t fight back.
