In Chapter 25, a Fight between the Deep Sea King and the Puri-Puri Prisoner ensues, with both characters fighting bravely against each other. Even though he employs every technique of fighting, the Deep Sea King is still unbeatable due to his powerful fighting skills. Meanwhile, Speed-o’-Speed Sonic watches the fight from a distance. Suddenly, rain starts in the city, and the rain strengthens the Deep Sea King even harder to defeat.
No doubt Sonic is clearly faster than the Deep Sea King, but Sonic is overwhelmed by the king’s size and strength. At the same time, Sweet Mask appears on TV and discusses his high standards and ideal heroes, who should be added to the Hero Association. The Deep Sea King captures Sonic, but he manages to escape. Before going, he warns the king that someone is coming with stronger powers.
