He asks Garou why he’s doing all this. Garou brags about his power and goals, but Saitama points out that Garou did good things too, like saving a helicopter. When Saitama says Garou isn’t really a monster and starts to leave, Garou attacks him. Saitama knocks him back with one punch without trying hard. That punch helps Garou remember—he finally realizes Saitama is the bald hero he met before, and he understands too late that he chose the wrong person to fight.
