Garou protects Tareo when Bug God and Royal Ripper tell him to kill the boy to prove he’s a monster. Garou refuses, so they both attack him together. He fights hard but struggles against their strength. Far away, Gyoro Gyoro tells Phoenix Man that he wants to push Garou so much that he will turn into a monster like Orochi.
At the same time, Zombieman talks to Dr. Genus, who explains Saitama’s secret power—he broke past his limits. Genus says he gave up his old plans and now studies strange creatures instead.
Back in the fight, Sludge Jellyfish grabs Tareo, distracting Garou. The two monsters beat Garou badly and leave him close to death. Royal Ripper then teases Tareo, saying they’ll be “friends” in a creepy way as they take him away. Even while hurt, Garou shows he isn’t fully evil and still wants to protect people.
