Gyoro Gyoro watches the ruined cities with drones and says the monsters’ plan to spread fear is working. Phoenix Man asks for help, but no one comes. The monsters talk about how Nyan and Gouketsu have been good at recruiting. Gouketsu ignores orders, warns Bakuzan not to fight heroes alone, and leaves for Z-City.
Bakuzan, seeing there are even stronger monsters in the group, starts torturing Suiryu. He breaks Suiryu’s legs and makes fun of him, even saying he’ll kill Sneck. Suiryu refuses to give up. Just then, Saitama shows up, saves Sneck, and gets ready to fight Bakuzan, giving Suiryu new hope.
